Before Beginning the Due Diligence Process For new Partner applicants, the due diligence process should be completed within the Partner Community. Please make sure to request to join the Partner Community if you haven’t already. If you have already done so, then proceed to login to the Partner Community to begin the process. To avoid any delays during the review process, we strongly encourage reviewing this document in its entirety before taking any next steps. Please note: Due diligence approval is valid for three years or until there are material changes to the business that impact the information provided on the documents. As such, ISV and Consulting Partners are required to complete and re-submit these documents every three years or upon material changes to the business. Salesforce will initiate the process directly when it comes time to refresh and resubmit the DDQ.

ISV Partner Applicants The due diligence process 1. Navigate to the Publishing tab 2. Select “New Listing” 3. Complete the Business Plan and Pricing tabs, including the required due diligence documentation - Note that the due diligence documentation will be made available once you update the Pricing tab to represent a paid app 4. Submit your Business Plan

Consulting Partner Applicants The due diligence process 1. Navigate to the Business tab 2. Complete the entirety of the Due Diligence Questionnaire and submit when ready - Note: Consulting partner applicants in LACA, EMEA, and APAC are also required to complete and return the Entity at a Glance packet
