Just as a heart rate or blood pressure reading can speak volumes about the health of a human, so too, can the right KPI's reveal the health of a business. In this session, we'll be diving into the top 5 KPI's for each of the following executives: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief of Operations. If you are building a Salesforce practice, then you won't want to miss this session. B2C & B2B Partner Architect Program Overview Customer needs are getting more demanding.
