SOLVE IT STORIES TALES OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS FROM OUR PARTNERS THE SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME The AACR leveraged multiple features from Fonteva including Membership, eCommerce, Communities, and Framework. From a customer perspective, there was no change to the event registration process, and through a single sign on (SSO) in the AACR member community, members could quickly and easily find and navigate to the virtual event(s) they had registered for previously. Salesforce and Fonteva enabled AACR to build an Event Management platform which would aid in the virtual event planning process with: · Guided Order Entry (GOO): A custom API and graphical workflow application containing business logic and fulfillment flows. GOO became the centerpiece for all purchase flows across the organization, with the Fonteva Sales Order doing much of the heavy lifting. · “My Content”: A custom section leveraging Fonteva Communities offers a single place to view and attend virtual conferences and special programs. With the click of the “Attend” button, attendees are redirected and logged into the target platform seamlessly by using their myAACR login (Salesforce/ Fonteva SSO). · User Segments: A point and click interface that builds re-usable segments of users based on their membership status, demographics, world bank income status, professional designations, and more. · Virtual Venues: Plug and play venues that can be added to any event before, during, or after registration opens. Virtual Venues start with a base service such as Zoom Webinar, Slido, or Path LMS. Once added to an event, the AACR Event Staff only need to know which Account or Program ID from their integration they want to use. This all seamlessly works for the single “Attend” button that a user sees. · Session Planner: A series of Lightning components on the event details page makes it possible to build a complex program which can span multiple days over concurrent channels. This planner supports speaker invitations, assistant support, collection of disclosures, etc. · Flexible Registration: Using field sets, AACR can offer basic or advanced registration forms. Either form can have additional field sets added via simple checkboxes which render custom Lightning components to the user based on their segments. · Pricing: Fonteva’s flexible platform allows AACR to offer early-bird, standard, and on-demand rates for each user segment with dynamic ticketing, which adds new event tickets to the item inventory. · Event Actions: a series of back-office components that control the user experience with actions such as “Attend,” “Add to Calendar,” “Letter of Participation,” and “Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.”
